Shipping Policy

Current processing time for custom orders is 2 to 3 business weeks. (business days only, weekends and holidays are not included. We ask that you allow up to 21 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following business day. After processing, all items are usually shipped within 5 business days.

Please check your shipping address for accuracy. We ship via USPS First Class or UPS Ground

An email confirming your order and shipment will be sent to the email address provided in the Billing information section.

Once an item has been shipped and you have specific questions regarding the arrival of your order, it's best to contact your local carrier.
